Instructor Development Philippines is the only IDC program run by 2 active in-house Course Directors, through 2 PADI 5* CDC Dive Resorts. We also have an alumni Course Director with many years of experience that is always willing to answer your questions.  

Our platinum award winning Course Directors will ensure you have the most comprehensive, modern and fun instructor development course possible. Each works full time at their respective resorts, which means that they are here year-round and available for all our candidates at any time.

Through this dual collaboration of two award winning and yet very different dive shops we are able to offer all IDC candidates a unique ‘learn to teach’ program, where you will gain experience working in 2 very different PADI 5* CDC dive resorts, we are the only IDC program offering this unique internship.
